About the project
Northwest Fresh is a start-up agriculture company that aims to provide fresh and sustainable microgreens to restaurants and small grocers. The business is in a nascent stage of development and sought a business plan that would help gain investor support. This senior design project aimed to develop a plan that would allow a sole proprietor to succeed in this vertically integrated endeavor. This team delivered a business plan and facility model that would lead to Northwest fresh breaking even within 2 years.
