September 5 | Model-Based Systems Engineering for Leaders
This workshop is intentionally designed to focus on real-world application and leadership-level understanding of MBSE. It emphasizes formal systems thinking, hands-on examples, and actionable insights that can be brought back to teams and projects. The goal is to teach MBSE at a level that leadership can understand. It provides:
- An overview of Systems Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Insight into how MBSE applies to programs and projects
- Guidance on interpreting architecture diagrams—what they represent, how they support decision-making, and what can be delivered using them
- Introduction to the Model-Based Systems Architecture Process (MBSAP) framework
- A walkthrough of a fully realized SysML architecture, which participants can revisit at any time after the workshop
While it’s impossible to teach full SysML modeling in a single day, the course lays the conceptual foundation and uses a detailed, built-out example to make core concepts tangible and accessible.
Registration closes on September 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PT) Space is limited. Register today!
